WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

First visits are usually the longest as they entail intake forms and getting a good history from the client. Intake forms can be emailed ahead of time for you to print and fill out if you are able to do so, otherwise arrive at least 20-30 minutes early to fill them out prior to your appointment. Along with this, various testing may take place that are non invasive and some photos will be taken of your eyes should you wish for an Iridology report. Most importantly, please minimal makeup and no perfume/cologne/antiperspirant should be worn or essential oils, etc. to your appointments.
In order to complete report for mineral/vitamin reading, we will need to see your feet. If possible remove any nail polish from hands and feet. If you wear contact lenses, be prepared to remove them or just wear your glasses. Should you have any difficulties with anything mentioned above, just please let us know. Lastly, just relax and focus on what it is you are wishing to accomplish and achieve. Please feel free to bring anything you would like to share or show.
